  1. Please be sure you have booked all services that you would like such as trim, gray coverage etc. To ensure we have enough time.
  2. We are a small salon with limited seating and ask that you do not bring extra persons to your appointment that’s not receiving a service.
  3. If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason please use our self booking website at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We ask that you book all appointments using this website. In the event that you are unable to find the time slot you want then please give us a call for assistance. All bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling should be done through the booking site – No email.
  4. Please be sure your hair is detangled thoroughly or there will be an additional fee.
